Terms & rules
Effective for the current production launch configuration.
1. What MOOV is
MOOV operates MOOV, a daily browser-based running competition. Participants connect a wallet, must hold the published minimum token balance, record a real outdoor run with device GPS, and compete for the daily $LULU prize.
MOOV is not affiliated with Robinhood Markets, Inc. or any wallet provider. Wallet signatures are used only to prove account ownership and do not trigger blockchain transactions.
2. Eligibility
To start an attempt and remain eligible for prizes, your wallet must hold at least 1 $MOOV when the attempt starts and when the keeper finalizes the results. If the final balance check fails or shows insufficient holdings, the result is not eligible for the podium.
MOOV may suspend accounts, reject attempts, or disqualify results for GPS spoofing, impossible movement, duplicate identities, abuse, or attempts to interfere with the service.
3. Challenge rules
The launch challenge is 400 m Zombie. Three zombies follow your exact path at 2.2, 2.5, and 2.8 m/s after a 5 second head start. If the fastest zombie catches your path before you reach 400 m, the attempt is lost.
Each participant has 3 attempts per UTC competition day. Your best validated attempt counts. Rejected, caught, abandoned, and disqualified attempts still count against the daily limit.
4. GPS recording
Starting a run grants this site permission to read your phone location while the run page is open in the foreground. MOOV is a web app and does not promise native background tracking.
The server validates distance, timing, GPS accuracy, speed, acceleration, recording gaps, and challenge completion. Browser GPS validation reduces abuse but cannot guarantee spoof-proof location.
5. Location privacy
Your full GPS trace is stored to validate attempts, investigate abuse, and provide your private replay. It is visible to you and admins, not to the public leaderboard.
Privacy requests can be sent to Configure PRIVACY_CONTACT in production. Keep in mind that deleting audit data may require removing related competition results.
6. Prizes and payouts
The daily $LULU allocation is set or verified by the operator before finalization. Podium shares are 50 / 30 / 20 unless the published settings show a different split.
Payouts are manual. A payout is marked paid only after the provided transaction hash is verified to contain the expected $LULU transfer from the configured payout wallet to the winning wallet.
7. Risk disclosure
$MOOV and $LULU are volatile digital assets. MOOV does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
Running involves physical risk. Choose safe routes, obey local rules, and do not use the app while crossing roads or in unsafe conditions.
